In those years, Gigabyte Ltd. has developed software solutions for devices used by the retail industry such as "Price display devices", "Barcode printers" and "Labeled scales" which are rarely used in our country. Palm-based, software solutions for mobile devices and handheld computers, with examples such as "Pharmacy Mobile", "Water Meter Reading", "On-Site Billing", "Warehouse Counting",have been used in their market. At the same time, to developed the program "StockMan", which is his own package software, with the growing software staff. This software became our first ERP software in North Cyprus with the ever-growing tendency.
Gigabyte has been awarded the "Best Service" many times by IBM POS, ensuring customer satisfaction, continuing to work in accordance with its vision and mission, without deviating from its stated goals. It was also awarded the "Rising Star of the Year" award for his work with IBM and its sales to IBM products.
In 2005, it expanded its work on mobile applications and produced wireless and mobile solutions such as GSM / GPRS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It continued to work on software and AR-GE, added new features to the software, to developed, and introducing new versions of StockMan, FinansMan, BarcodeMan and SMPOS solutions to our customers. In addition, with StockMan software, the infrastructure changes have been made so that e-commerce can be done.
Later, by combining their software under the SoftwareMan brand, to bundled softwareMen Suit, SoftwareMen POS and SoftwareMen Mobile software. The website www.softwaremen.com has been opened and the software has been put on the market through the dealer channel, offering the opportunity to offer, order and license on the site. However, the negativity of being a small country did not allow the dealer system to work.
In 2011, the EU grant program was utilized and "Datumcenter Data hosting services" were included in the activities. Through the www.datumcenter.com website new and different services have been issued to both North Cyprus IT users and international markets. During the project installation, it was decided to move to the building and the investment in this building was completed. GigaByte Ltd. has started to carry out its activities in the new building and still continues in the same building. ISO 9001 service standard and ISO 27001 Information security standard certificates, and subsequently TS 12498 and TS 13149 certificates were received from TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) and gave their services with standards.
