Barcode Labels
Barcode labels are sticky papers with barcode and product information on electronic products that you can see in stores, markets, etc. These barcode labels contain important information for both the buyer and the seller. These self-adhesive labels are handled in two categories. It has two categories: paper-based and plastic-based. Paper-based labels are short-lived compared to plastic-based labels. It is damaged more easily than external factors. External factors such as water, moisture, heat, and light affect both types of labels, but paper-based labels benefit more from such factors. Apart from these, barcode labels can also be divided into labels printed directly by thermal printing and labels printed by thermal transfer printing method. Direct thermal printing method is a method used for thermal labels. When thermal labels are exposed to heat, they react and blacken, it is not necessary to use any consumables to print on such labels, it is sufficient to be exposed to heat. Other labels other than the thermal label are printed with a consumable material, which we can also describe as ribbon barcode ink. This type of printing method is called thermal transfer printing method. It has different usage areas and sizes and options.
