Offers can be created with sm-Proposal, it is a module that works integrated with Stockman program. Thanks to the module, you can create different offers, by recording these offers, you can return your most suitable offer to the order. Orders, delivery notes and invoices can be converted, and tracking can be provided simultaneously within the Softwaremen Suit.

It is the module where offers are offered for goods or services by defining discounted and special options before the sales. When the submitted offers are accepted, the offer is converted to the sales invoice with a single click, and thus, it prevents loss of time by preparing an invoice again.

Follow-up process of the bids received and given (Approval Awaits, Approved, Converted to Order, etc.). Quick proposals can be prepared according to the desired conditions by using the general conditions, payment terms and special descriptions. Quick offer entry can be made with barcode reader. It is also possible to provide detailed document tracking by obtaining a detailed report of the offers or orders.
